What is a 'vator' anyway? 

Vator /veItƏ/ ●n. local Saskatchewan term for a tall building used for storing grain; a.k.a. a 'grain elevator'. ●v. to actively look for grain storage buildings (e.g. to vator, to go vatoring.)

This web site is dedicated to my ‘best friend’, Nala.  She has been a faithful travelling companion to almost every Saskatchewan vator site, and all places in between, over the past two years.

She will be sorely missed. - July 2005
